CV Health Check is operated by MH Talent Ltd (United Kingdom). This policy says what we collect, where it lives, who can see it, and when it is deleted — in plain English.

What we collect

Your CV — the file you upload after purchase.
Your answers at checkout — your level, your function, and what you want next. These let us read your CV in context.
Your name and email — to deliver your report and answer your questions.
Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Where your CV is stored, and who can see it

Your CV is uploaded through a secure form on this site and stored in our site platform's file storage (LeadConnector). Exactly two people can access it: Maria Hvorostovsky, who runs the review, and Peyton Mason, who runs the site. It is used for one purpose only — producing your report. It is never shared, never sold, and never used as a template for anyone else's documents.

How long we keep it

Your CV and your report are deleted from our systems within 30 days of delivery. Want it gone sooner? Reply to any email from us and it is deleted within 7 days. Records of the purchase itself are kept as long as tax law requires.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments), LeadConnector (website, forms, file storage and email delivery), and Google Workspace (our support inbox). Where these providers process data outside the UK, they do so under their standard data-protection safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time: [email protected]. We answer within 7 days. If we ever want to email you about anything beyond your order, we will ask first — buying a review never signs you up to a mailing list.

Legal basis

We process your data to deliver the service you bought (performance of a contract, UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Complaints can come to us first, or go to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
